We won’t be delivering fresh meat packs again until later in October. In the meantime though, two butchers who specialise in pasture-fed meat are taking beef from us on a trial basis this week – Hudson Meats at their Mosman shop (900 Military Road – phone 9960 6666 ; ask for Micah) and Kingsley Meats in Rose Bay (22 Plumer Road – phone 9363 4971 – ask for Joel). Why not call them to book a piece of dry-aged Emerald Hill beef?

MEAT TRAY PACKS

Emerald Hill’s fresh beef is available every two months. We notify customers via our e-mail list about one week before each delivery is available. To be told about our next delivery date, please
We sell all of each delivery as fresh packs and we do not hold stock.

Our standard product is a ‘meat tray’ pack of mixed cuts and products. The minimum weight of a meat pack is 5kg. A 5kg pack is typically composed approximately of 1 kg of grilling cuts, 1 ½kg of roasting or stewing meat, and 2 ½ kg of mince and sausages. These components usually fit comfortably into a standard domestic fridge.

The grilling portions are cut into thick steaks and sealed in individual packages of 250-400g each. The stewing portions are diced and packed in 1/2kg packages. The mince and sausages are also bagged in 1/2kg packages.

If we have enough notice, we can usually meet individual requests, for example for whole cuts or corned beef.

We charge $100 for a 5kg meat pack, $155 for an 8 kg pack and $190 for a 10kg pack. We will deliver free of charge to the Eastern Suburbs, the Inner West and the North Shore of Sydney

Emerald Hill mince and sausages are both very popular. Either can be bought separately in 2kg ‘Simply Mince!’ or ‘Simply Sausage!’ packs of ½ kg bags.
